Welcome to Crobar Web Design. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website creation, hosting, and subscription services available at crobarweb.com. By subscribing to or using any Crobar Web Design service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Crobar Web Design provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services via a monthly subscription model. Services include but are not limited to:
Monthly Recurring Payment: Your subscription fee will be charged monthly on the same date as your initial signup.
Authorization: By providing your payment details, you authorize Crobar Web Design to charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees with 30 days' notice via email.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
All sales are final for custom design work once development has begun. Hosting and maintenance services are refundable only if canceled within the first 7 days of initial signup.
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you. Crobar Web Design retains ownership of proprietary code, templates, tools, and systems used to deliver the service.
You grant Crobar Web Design a limited license to display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials.
You agree not to use Crobar Web Design services for:
Violation of this section may result in immediate service termination without refund.
Crobar Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your website and data may be removed after a 30-day grace period.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
